Accompanying person must pay his way. When the presence of an accompanying person
is compulsory (decision of the eligibility committee) the accompanying person is free of
charge.
You can pay for your fare in cash (the amount must be exact, as the driver does not give change) or by using coupon books.

Friday 8:30 AM till noon and 1:00PM till 3:00 PM

SERVICE HOURS
Monday to Friday 7 am to 9 pm
Saturday 8 am to 6 pm
Sunday 9 am to 4 pm
Holidays 9 am to 7 pm
HOLIDAYS
For a trip on a holiday, the user must reserve his transport with the office of the Transport adapté pour nous Inc. Transportation requests are accepted from Monday to Friday. However, since the office of the Transport adapté pour nous Inc. is closed during holidays, users wishing to use the paratransit service on the days mentioned below will have to make their reservations the latest on the previous business day. Note that during those days we operate with reduced staff. For this reason when booking we operate according to the rule “first come-first served”.
